Namekus delivers small renovations, repairs, and facility improvements for government, institutional, nonprofit, and community organizations, typically projects up to approximately $40,000 CAD.

We bring 25 years of hands-on renovation and handyman experience. We do much of the work, and for larger jobs or specialized trades such as plumbing and electrical, we bring in qualified, licensed partners and manage the project end to end.

How the work gets done

We handle the scoping, quoting, scheduling, and documentation, and do much of the hands-on work: drywall, painting, trim, doors, flooring, tile, ceilings, small builds, and general repairs. Work that requires specialized licences, certifications, or supervision, such as plumbing, electrical, and larger structural jobs, goes to qualified trade partners, and we coordinate them so you deal with one person.

How a project runs

  3. Quote: price the work, including any specialized trades where necessary
  4. Plan: arrange access, scheduling, and materials
  5. Deliver: monitor progress and manage changes and deficiencies
  6. Close out: organize completion documentation and handover

Namekus remains the primary project contact where that role is included in the project agreement.

Our role

Namekus provides practical project coordination and client communication for small facility projects. Our role may include planning, documentation, quotation coordination, scheduling, site communication, progress tracking, and closeout.

For appropriate projects, Namekus may also perform selected hands-on work such as minor repairs, painting, finishing, measurements, site documentation, or punch-list items.
