Renovation coordination, minor building improvements, and project support
Namekus helps government, institutional, nonprofit, and community organizations coordinate small renovations, repairs, and facility improvements.
Typical projects may include washroom renovations, accessibility improvements, interior repairs, finishing work, small platforms, ramps, storage structures, and other building or site improvements with project values of up to approximately $40,000 CAD.
Namekus manages communication, scope, scheduling, quotations, documentation, and coordination with qualified construction and trade partners. Depending on the project, Namekus may also provide selected minor repairs, finishing, punch-list items, or handyman services directly.
Typical projects
- Small washroom renovations and improvements.
- Minor accessibility upgrades.
- Platforms, ramps, steps, and related small structures.
- Interior repairs, patching, painting, and finishing.
- Drywall, trim, doors, flooring, and ceiling work.
- Small storage or utility improvements.
- Repairs and facility maintenance projects.
- Punch-list and deficiency work.
- Other small building improvements coordinated with qualified trades.
The exact work depends on the building, site conditions, permits, specifications, required qualifications, and available budget.
How projects are coordinated
- Review the facility needs and desired outcome.
- Clarify the scope, site constraints, and schedule.
- Identify qualified trade or construction partners.
- Coordinate quotations and project planning.
- Arrange access, scheduling, materials, and communication.
- Monitor progress and coordinate changes or deficiencies.
- Organize completion information and closeout.
Qualified construction or trade partners perform work requiring specialized skills, licences, certifications, or supervision. Namekus remains the primary project contact where that role is included in the project agreement.
