Namekus manages communication, scope, scheduling, quotations, documentation, and coordination with qualified construction and trade partners. Depending on the project, Namekus may also provide selected minor repairs, finishing, punch-list items, or handyman services directly.

Qualified construction or trade partners perform work requiring specialized skills, licences, certifications, or supervision. Namekus remains the primary project contact where that role is included in the project agreement.
